  • The International Executives Association (IEA) – The Vancouver Executives Association is a non-profit entity and is part of a larger organization called the International Executives Association (IEA). The IEA has a chapter (aka. group) in most major cities in North America. We do not share any personally identifiable information captured by our website with the IEA. However, we do occasionally share aggregated statistics and data with the IEA and other IEA chapters in order to benchmark the performance of our local chapter relative to other chapters within North America.
  • Unaffiliated service providers with whom we may subcontract, including website hosting companies, payment processing companies, and other third-party software and service providers;
  • Government agencies and law enforcement officials, when required to do so to respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims;

We use 3rd applications and services to help run our association including file sharing, shared calendars, event booking, messaging, membership, financial management systems, a CRM and more. We take on no liability or responsibility for the handling of information within these systems and will ensure that our handling of information from the website into these systems is done so according to this Privacy Policy.

Credit Card Information

Our website does not collect credit card information directly. Nor is any credit card information stored in our website. We use Quickbooks for handling our accounting and for billing our members. And we sometimes use payment gateways like Paypal and Stripe for collecting payments from our members and guests (people visiting us at our meetings in person).

Security

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Our Service may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. The Website does not target children or provide products or services for use by children. We do not knowingly collect Information from persons under 18 years of age.
