VanEx hosts over 50 events each year, giving members the chance to connect, learn, and grow alongside fellow business leaders. From weekly meetings and networking sessions to engaging presentations by guest speakers and industry experts, our events are designed to spark collaboration, share valuable insights, and strengthen trusted relationships. Weekly Vanex Meetings
VanEx meets every Wednesday from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM, primarily at the Terminal City Club in Vancouver.

A shared group experience to a nearby location, often traveling together; usually planned every two years.
Spouses and partners are welcomed at all events. Over time, the professional relationships formed within VanEx naturally extend beyond business — evolving into camaraderie and lasting personal connections.
What begins as executive collaboration often grows into something deeper: trust, familiarity and lasting relationships which reinforce the strength and culture of the association.
VanEx Annual Charity Lunch
Each year, members are invited to nominate a charity that is personally meaningful to them. A committee carefully reviews submissions and selects a local organization in need of support.
The association then hosts a high-quality charity luncheon, attended by members and their guests.
